Return and Exchange Policy

The right to return or exchange a product is extended to all our customers, covering all products available in our shop.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packed in its original packaging.

Products can be returned within three (3) days and replaced within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Ensure you take a picture of the product and include the city, address, and order number when requesting a return or exchange. This information helps us process replacements for defective or damaged products or those not meeting the agreed-upon specifications.

If the product received is substantially different from the one presented on our website, the full amount is refunded to the customer.

We are not accountable for customer expectations regarding product use that were not explicitly mentioned on the product page of our website.

A 30% deduction or a minimum value of 25 dirhams applies if the customer does not want the product, and the product is free from defects or issues.
