To inquire about international delivery, please contact our team via WhatsApp. Provide details such as product weight and pricing for international freight forwarders not currently listed on our site.


3. What Should I Do if My Product Has a Manufacturing Defect?


Refer to our return policy for conditions regarding returns and exchanges. In the case of a defective product, the return process is agreed upon, and the shipping cost is calculated by the company. The freight cost is then reimbursed to the customer. The product's value is not calculated for the customer, following the terms outlined in our return policy.
